“Dermatologist-prescribed acne treatments have improved significantly over the past two decades with the introduction of combination therapies that marry retinoids (Vitamin A) with antibacterials, like benzoyl peroxide. But, the treatments don’t do much to improve the overall skin condition – often leaving the skin dry, red and irritated, and resulting in marks left behind after the breakouts clear.”
At MD Complete, they have one main goal which is make something that is less irritating, reduces the appearance of marks left behind the breakouts and helps to restore an overall beautiful, healthy-looking complexion.
“MD Complete’s Acne Clearing System provides a better solution because of it:
– Mimics the combination therapies by combining high potency Retinol with Benzoyl Peroxide
– Macro-encapsulates ingredients to be more effectively and gently absorbed into the skin
– Nourishes with Vitamin C, B & E to reduce the appearance of marks and restore a beautiful, healthy-looking complexion”
Little Bit About My History With Acne:
The sense I was 12 years old I have been struggling with acne. My face uses to be covered in acne in my teen years. I struggled with confidence for a very long time. At one point I was bullied so badly for my acne. Have you ever seen that make-up videos of those girls that have super bad acne, and then they cake make-up on their face and end up looking like a completely different person? I use to be one of those girls. It was such a dark period of my life that I wish no one to go through. I have constantly changed up my skincare routines so I could find something that even worked just a little bit.
Each year as I got old the acne started to go away little by little. My confidence has gotten better, but honestly, it still sucks for being age 23. I am always looking at these beautiful girls and wondering how the hell they have kept their skin so clean with not one imperfection. Truly, I am so envious of those girls. I would do anything for perfectly smooth skin.
Now that I am older and I am becoming a lady, my acne has really gone away. Unfoutnely, I am still having breakouts. I mean very LARGE random breakouts. I hate it because they are just so freaking huge and there is no way to hide them. No matter how much makeup I cake on, I can still see them. The sense I am older I have learned to love myself in other ways and of course I have already made my reputation and foundation with people so I do not have to be super insecure about my breakouts, but trust me they still bother me.
MD Complete asked me to review their product and see if it would help my face. Of course, I took this offer! Why wouldn’t I?
